The staff was very professional and amazing. The housekeeper Ms. Nemit is very friendly, she checks on me every day and asks if I need anything. Everything was perfect. The staff was very attentive and very helpful. And special thanks to the General Manager for the welcome card. I had an incredible experience staying at this hotel! What made it even better was that my trip to Istanbul was primarily for shopping, and this hotel's location was ideal. It's just a short 5-minute walk from Nisantisi, a renowned shopping street in Istanbul. The rooms were lovely, lots of space, and the service was excellent as well. And of course, I HAVE to mention their delicious breakfast, which was an absolute delight. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better stay! :)

Amazing staff and hospitality. Kaan, from the reception, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Room service was extremely professional, and I never felt like my room was missing anything. The room was very cozy, clean, and had a good street view. The location was perfect for me as I used the metro many times, and it was easily accessible. The street below is perfect for just walking and exploring istanbul's local shops.

I want to thank the hotel and the whole staff for an amazing stay. The hotel is excellent and it was a great vacation. The location is perfect and the rooms and so nice, big and clean. The receptionist welcomed us in a very lovely way with a smiling face. I want to thank the cleaning lady Pershan who was the cleaner and the room was super clean and tidy, she also had a lovely smile. I would also like to thank Celal the bellboy, he was very helpful in following up with our taxi who was late, he did his best. Thank you again Ramada Plaza family for making our stay so special. I also want to add that the Spa on the 7th floor has the greatest massage in Istanbul.

The staff is friendly, kind, and always ready to help. When you arrive, you will be warmly welcomed by Mr. Jalal, who always greets guests with his wonderful smile. He is incredibly helpful and kind special thanks to him, and special thanks to the General Manager Mr. Ozer Diler for the kind words on the welcome card and for upgrading my room. I also want to express my gratitude to Ms. Ece and all the reception staff, Mr. Can, Mr. Celal, Mr. Yilmaz and Mr. Ersin and housekeeping Ms. Gulbeyaz, Maryam. The location of the hotel is very close to Othman Bey station. All services are around you, restaurants, cafés, shopping.. It is a 20-minute walk from Taksim Square and the same distance to Jawaher Mall.. Very nice treatment from the reception and especially thanks brother ERSEN as well as brother EREN were top in ethics and treatment.

I absolutely loved everything about the property. The hospitality was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly kind and professional. During check-in, we encountered an issue with an Uber driver, and the receptionists were incredibly supportive and stood by our side because we were in the right. This made us feel safe and well taken care of. Overall, the entire experience was wonderful, and we truly appreciated the excellent service.

Great service. Asked for a toothbrush in the middle of the night and it was delivered to my room within minutes. In the morning i asked for the option of a late checkout and i was immediately offered a free late(r) checkout at 1pm.
